Graduated from Universidad Católica Andres Bello, Caracas, Venezuela. Masters in Law from Tulane University, New Orleans, Louisiana. Member of the Louisiana and New York States Bar Associations; member of the American Bar Association (member of its Advisory Panel), and active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Licensed to practice Immigration Law in all 50 states. Mrs. Arias Tovar has worked for international law firms such as Baker & Mc. Kenzie in Venezuela, Chaffe McCall in New Orleans and Fox Horan & Camerini in New York. She has more than 25 years of experience advising international clients.
During the last 17 years, she has concentrated on immigration law, guiding US Corporations and foreign individuals through their relocation process.
Mrs. Arias Tovar has lectured on immigration subjects, has been legal counsel for several non-for-profit organizations and served on the Board of the State of Florida Commission.
She actively volunteers within her specialty by offering information and support to the community through television programs, workshops and newspaper articles on immigration subjects.
